She has held various positions at Abbott Nutrition and has owned two local businesses: River’s Bend Farm, where she boarded horses, and Airabella Flowers & Gifts. Currently, she works part-time at Finch & Finch Funeral Home and has contributed to the community as a board member for both the Altavista Chamber of Commerce and the Avoca Museum & Historical Society.
Terri is married to Phil Dews, and together they have two children, Trae and Elliott. Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending quality time with her family, animals, and helping others. She also loves reading and traveling in her spare time.

Crystal is a dedicated mother of four, always on the go with her busy family. Her eldest child is a graduate of Ferrum College and is currently attending Virginia Tech, while she also has a high school senior, a son she homeschools, and a lively 2-year-old who “runs the house.” In her spare time, Crystal enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
With 10 years of nursing experience under her belt, Crystal has spent the last 4 years as a stay-at-home mom, focusing on raising her children while also pursuing new educational and professional goals. Crystal is thrilled to have recently passed her real estate exam. Now, she’s excited to embark on a new career in real estate, eager to help clients find their dream homes.
